  • We do not accept insurance at this time. However, you can request a super-bill at the end of each session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have an out of network benefit. It is your responsibility to determine if your insurance will reimburse you for nutrition services.

  • A Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) is a licensed healthcare professional with a master’s degree, 1,000+ hours of supervised training, a national board exam, and ongoing continuing education. Dietitians are qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy, interpret labs, and work with medical conditions.

The term “nutritionist” isn’t regulated in many states — meaning training can range from advanced degrees to short online courses, and many are not licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy.

Choosing an RD ensures you’re working with a credentialed nutrition expert trained to deliver safe, evidence‑based care.
